Hello, my beauties! Hope you are feeling as beautiful as you do at the start of the week, although it’s Thursday already, the hectic routine is already taking its toll on that beauty sleep we had finally caught-up with!
The wedding season is upon us, and many brides to be are now trying to take care of them, as best as they could. Well you should, you know, because You Deserve. There are so many things that are generally on the regular self-care list. Skin nourishment, taking fruits and juices for healthy fresh skin, avoiding doing the dishes; ‘it would ruin the nails!’, “Those dark circles need to be gone, forever!” Not to mention the timely appointments with the beauty salon for facials, polisher, and other beauty follow-ups for the big day.
Well, the thing I wanted to tell you was, I had been trying on something that I’d heard somewhere, don’t remember exactly who told me about it. We worry a lot about many things that complete our big day look, including the contact lens and artificial eye lashes. And without any argument, wearing those lush eye lashes enhances the allure of the bride.
But, can we get that alluring look, without applying fake eye lashes?
Well, not that I can assure you to have 6-10mm length of beautifully curved lashes, but I do assure you, that applying these little tricks once a day, you can easily see the difference in just a few weeks!
Remember that whenever you are trying out a new diet or a remedy, it will take an approximate between 2-3 weeks before you finally start seeing the difference you have targeted. And regularity is needed. I repeat, keep it regular, and you will see better results, sooner.
Coming to the heart of it, that remedy that someone told me, is with Castor Oil. Castor Oil has omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids, which enable stronger hair growth. Castor oil has the quality to seep into the skin pores, giving them nourishment for stronger hair growth.
How to Apply:
Now the trick is in three easy steps, before you go to bed. That’s how I have seen some improvement in mine! 😛
- Massage your eye lids for a minute. It enhances the blood circulation.
- Brush your eye lashes with a mascara wand, 30-60 seconds each. It will help the roots collect nourishment for the movement.
- Apply castor oil to your lashes.
You can use a mascara wand, cotton-bud, or dab it with your finger-tips.
Tip: You might feel it come into your eyes if you are not brushing the excess oil off the brush/cotton-bud before applying. You can also apply it at the base of your eye lashes, just the way you would apply a slim eyeliner.
Be regular with it. And keep us posted with your results.. 🙂
To those fluttering eye-lashes!
