How are you? Been long since we chatted here, right? Well, you all know, I come here every now and then to share my experiences with you. If you are following me on Instagram and go through my Insta-Stories regularly, you must have noticed I was busy reviewing Iftar previews. Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates is celebrating Ramadan with truly authentic Levantine flavours at its signature restaurant Olea and in the comfort of the luxurious Aspen Ski Chalets and they invited me to experience it all. Following its overwhelming success last year, which by the way I attended with bub resting in my tummy, haha as you can see in the picture. This year bub was there herself to taste the menu.
The fully air-conditioned marquee on the terrace of Olea will return, offering extended seating throughout the Holy Month and during summer, until the end of September.
Olea Restaurant, with a dining capacity of 300 guests, will be serving a lavish Iftar Buffet and à la carte Suhour menu during Ramadan, accompanied by traditional Arabic entertainment.
The Iftar Buffet will celebrate Olea’s Levantine heritage and feature dishes from the six countries of the Levant: Jordan; Lebanon; Cyprus, Palestine; Syria; and southern Turkey, meaning guests can experience the true taste of home during the holy period.
The Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates’s Executive Chef Sudqi Naddaf commented: “We look forward to welcoming guests during the Holy Month of Ramadan and to offering them a culinary journey of the distinctive flavours and delicacies the Levant region is so well known for. Guests can look forward to authentic home-cooked food in a contemporary Arabesque ambience or in our luxurious Aspen Chalets.”
