It has been 25 years that Bar. B. Q Tonight has been serving the world with their delicious cuisine, and why am I only hearing of them now??? Any foodie around the world would not allow such a thing to happen! Well then, now that I have come to know about them, just cannot help but go and check them out!
The name says it all, yeah, I do get it. But are they up to the name that they have been known with? With no greater hope, I stepped into the sparkling dining hall. Being a restaurant representing fine dining, they just have to live up to their mark. The environment says almost as much about the food as of the quality.
Sometimes, the first impression is not completely the last impression. Interiors suggesting mild food, environment suggesting potential in the team members and hospitality, my hopes went a bit down on the scale.Then the lengthy talk with the branch manager, Mr. Jan Mohammad, I learnt not just that the restaurant had been working for more than 25 years, but that the recipes they created were entirely their own. Now why did that sound a bit of over-expressing their excellence? The reviewing scale that was heading up, came down a degree.
In between our chat, we ordered the customized platter that is the signature creation of Bar. B. Q Tonight.To date, I must admit, i did not know that the grilled cuisine tastes could be so different from one another!
I have had many an opportunities to check out restaurants with bar. b. q items on the menu, but, this is the Best Bar.B.Q I have ever had. Next time waiting! Do go at your country’s one of the amazing restaurants, and have the time of your life!
