To bring you some sumptuous yet energetic drinks, I made a trip to Dubai-based Travel and Wellness TV Presenter and former Miss Great Britain Amy Kitchingman’s Kitchen. From today onward, every Tuesday, I will be sharing one recipe, for next 5 weeks.
Vitamin C Blaster
Load up on Vitamin C the natural way and keep those colds at bay. Amy’s Vitamin C Immune Booster Smoothie not only tastes good but also full of fiber and enzymes to keep proper digestion and cold & flu away especially with the changing weather nowadays.
- 90g fresh pineapple
- 90g strawberries
- 1/2 an orange
- 1 large carrot
- juice of half a lemon
- 125ml almond milk
- handful of ice
1. Peel and chop the carrot and orange and cut the stalks from the strawberries.
2. Add all the ingredients into the blender and blend.
