My inspiration is the old Manila in the 1930’s and the beauty of the older days, the gorgeous mestizas clad in their finest Maria Clara and the days of the Spanish occupancy in our country that has had a major influence in the Philippine fashion. – Ezra Santos
Ezra – the name itself is a mesmerizing picture of couture. Dreamy, quixotic, and idealistic, always very edgy. But this time, Ezra Couture took a different turn rather Ezra’s strokes deeply touched the dreamy essence of woman. With diaphanous fabrics, curated from pineapple plant was mixed with silk to create a sleek silhouette. Inabel – another organic fabric from Philippines was beautiful tailored along with tulle, jacquard, crepe and neoprene. Beautiful shades of pink from vivid to flushed, were on the runway with Madinat Hall echoed with applause !
