Growing up nearby Santa’s home, a young Tuomas spent Christmas days lurking around the Lapland workshop to witness the Festive magic come alive with Santa’s helpers, reindeers and gift wrapping in tow. Taking inspiration from his animated childhood memories, Tuomas incorporates the essence of Christmas into all dishes at Raffles Dubai throughout the Festive period
