El-Jammi Gozalli, revealing her secrets to keep your look humbly trendy throughout the year.
To dress modest, it is not compulsory that you cannot do anything to look trendy. To bring you the superlative glamorous options, I headed towards Dubai Marina to have a chit chat with a Turkish born 20year’s old fashion designer El Jammi Gozzali.
As soon as we entered the house, the lady hosted us with a cheery smile and brightness in her eyes was remarkable. As the interview started, giggles were in the air and I was actually able to hear her inner splendor coming out of her words, her ambition was clear and her dreams seem to be standing in front of her eyes.
I was a little bit confused, when I asked her about her and she told me that she studied Radio and Television from American University. I actually got stunned that how come someone from such a different academic background stepped into this glamorous world.
El-Jammi said “I was always fascinated by fashion and glamour. I found what I wanted to do while I was trying my hands on different things.” She created her own label in 2012 with innovative styled T-shirts. When she said T-shirts, instantly I asked her, why T-shirts?
“We normally take T-shirts for granted; I wanted to design something casually modish. So I thought I should design something which can help people to carry it both at the day time and adding on some accessories can pull it off during the evening. So, I added some handmade shoulder cuts, some chiffons and silk pieces and I also did a T-shirts collection with pearls.” She replied.
As we were discussing about keeping yourself chic still modest, the question that was popping out of my mind was how? El-Jammi smiled in witty manners and said “BY BUYING MY TURBANS”. That’s’ true El-J’ has jolted the world of fashion and style with her unique head gears. The valiant and vivacious head dresses will be considered as your bold fashion statement.
She smirked and quoted
“A head wrap will not only give the option to keep yourself modest but it will add grace to your simplest outfit.”
